How to plan the perfect barbecue party

To plan a successful barbecue party, the same steps are mandatory whether you’re hosting a huge ‎crowd or simply gathering with your close family and a few friends. All you need is a little ‎preparation and the right appliances! ‎

‎1 week ahead: plan and take notes

If you’re planning to cook herb crusted lamb chops, check if you already have some of the ‎ingredients in your refrigerator and pantry. Write down the rest of your items on a piece of ‎paper. That way when you hit the supermarket, all you have to do is reach out to the items ‎you need. ‎

‎1 day before: prepare ahead

You probably are planning to serve cold salads.
