Easy fish dishes in 15 minutes: yes, it’s possible!‎

So your mother in law is in the mood for fish over lunch and she invited herself over. She said ‎she’ll be there in few minutes. You’re faced with no time at all, and you’re desperately trying to ‎find a solution to your problem. Luckily, there are some of the most delicious fish dishes you can ‎prepare in 15 minutes to impress all fish lovers!‎

A total of 15 minutes doesn’t leave you much time for preparation! Go for quick and easy ‎variations. Try recipes based on salmon. These steaks are really easy to cook! Slice them into ‎smaller pieces to speed up the process. And since it was your mother-in-law who gave you a non-‎stick set of pots and pans last Ramadan, why not use that? Stir-fry your salmon steaks in a little ‎olive oil with some finely sliced vegetables or fresh baby spinach leaves.‎

If you have an electric grill such as Optigrill + or a plancha, here’s a brilliant idea: grill some fish ‎kebabs! Marinate your fish chunks with a mixture of olive oil, lemon and dill, then grill and serve ‎with savory rice.
