This Is How You Can Cook Chicken Without Thawing It First

So you forgot to thaw your chicken breasts before cooking? Don’t worry! Here’s how you can save dinner by following simple guidelines without risking your health

In a pressure cooker

If you’re using a Clipso Minut Perfect pressure cooker, you can cook frozen chicken quickly and safely as well. Just cook your chicken for 7-10 minutes until well done. Avoid however, cooking a whole chicken in the pressure cooker because it could break down resulting in loss of the meat’s quality. It’s a great option when you need to have your meal ready in no time!

In a regular pot or pan

If you’re cooking chicken in a regular pot or pan , studies show that you can safely prepare your meal by increasing the temperature and elongating the cooking time by 50%. Just make sure you cook it over vegetables so that the steam can circulate around the chicken. If you don’t feel like cooking chicken with vegetables, you can cook it in a bit of vegetable oil but you’ll have to cut it into the desired shape before you throw it in the pot/pan.
