  • To prepare kofta:‎
  • ‎500 g lean ground beef ‎
  • ‎1 finely chopped small-sized onion
  • ‎½ cup finely chopped parsley‎
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎¼ tsp black pepper
  • ‎¼ tsp ground cardamom‎
  • To prepare potato wedges:‎
  • ‎300 g peeled and washed potatoes‎
  • ‎1 tbsp rosemary‎
  • ‎¼ tsp salt‎
  • ‎¼ tsp paprika‎
  • ‎1 actifry spoon vegetable oil‎


To prepare kofta, mix in a medium-sized bowl all the ingredients until well combined. ‎

Form the mixture into small sized patties. Cover and leave aside.‎

Cut potatoes into medium sized wedges. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and rosemary. Add oil and mix to ‎combine. Put the mixture in actifry and cook for 50 minutes. ‎

Remove potatoes from Actifry. Add kofta patties and cook for 12 minutes. Serve kofta hot along with ‎potato wedges.‎
